We would like to advise our members and extended community of our new social distancing intervention strategies that have been implemented at Macquarie Credit Union, to support Australia on our mission to flatten the curve and reduce the spread of COVID-19/ Coronavirus.
In branch, we have limited the number of visitors to 4 persons at a time to allow appropriate room for social distancing. We ask that you maintain the 1.5m recommended distance from other visitors and our staff at all times.
Until further notice we will not be conducting any face to face client interviews or meetings. For the time being we will be making alternate arrangements over the phone, via email and online.
We have also implemented a number of internal measures to socially distance our staff. We now have separate teams working to help you with your ongoing banking needs throughout this pandemic.
