We would like to re-assure our members that our branch remains open for business.
A number COVID-19 safe initiatives have been implemented in branch for continuation of business ‘as normal’ throughout the pandemic.
For employee, member and community safety, we have restricted our branch to a limit of 4 visitors. We also require that the recommended 1.5 metre social distancing standard is adhered to at all times.
Hand sanitiser is available for visitors upon entry and the use of face masks is supported and encouraged.
We have installed additional Perspex screens on the counter and we adhere to a regimented branch cleaning process.
The Credit Union is prepared and will continue to adjust our plans for business continuity as the situation evolves.
We would like to thank our members who are utilising our remote services for their banking.
Our team is available to assist members set up internet/ mobile banking, phone banking, debit card and credit card facilities, if you would like access to any of these remote services.
