1. The Internet Banking login screen is not showing, how can I get it to appear?

You may have a pop-up blocker built into your browser. Click on the pop-up blocker icon on your toolbar and allow popups from www.macquariecu.com.au. Alternatively, to bypass the pop-up blocker, hold Ctrl on your keyboard then click the Internet Banking button. ^
