We remain dedicated to our members needs and our branch is open. Please do not panic, we are implementing key strategies for the continuation of our business activities throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and are prepared to adjust our plans as the situation evolves.
For employee, member and community safety, we have implemented increased hygiene measures in branch and are encouraging social distancing (when possible).
Fortunately, we already have a range of services frequently utilised by our members for banking remotely, including internet/ mobile banking, phone banking, debit card and credit card facilities. Our team is available to assist you set up any of these facilities if you currently do not have access to them.
Our products and services are available as normal and our loan and member service teams are available to help, simply apply online on our website or over the phone.
We do ask that if you are unwell, have recently returned from overseas or suspect you may have come into contact with COVID-19, please DO NOT visit our branch in person. Please respect the safety of our staff, members and community.
