The new Macquarie Credit Union app provides a secure and convenient way to bank, 24/7. The app makes everyday banking easy with quick balances and simple account management functions. Using the app you can transact between your accounts and preferred payees, pay bills with BPAY® and automate your banking with scheduled future payments.
The Macquarie Credit Union App is available for Apple iOS devices (iOS 9.0 and above) and Android devices (Version 4.2 and above).

To set up the app you will need your registered Internet Banking details including Member Number and Access Code.

Step 1 - Ensure you are registered for Internet Banking and have your details handy.
Step 2 - Download the Macquarie Credit Union App to your mobile device.
Step 3 – Click on the Macquarie Credit Union button and home screen will open.
Step 4 – Press Account Balances button to start the app registration process.
Step 5 – Read and acknowledge the Terms and Conditions to proceed with the registration process.
Step 6 - The registration screen will request you enter Member Number and Access Code.
Step 7 – Choose a preferred Login Method.
Choose from the login options Set PIN, Set Pattern, Thumbprint or Face Recognition. Biometric Security options (Thumbprint and Face recognition) will only appear if your mobile device has this functionality.
Your chosen Login Method will become the key to accessing the app from this point.
Should you choose an App PIN or Pattern as your login method, it is very important for security reasons that you keep this information confidential at all times. You should choose something that will be difficult for others to guess and different to your Date of Birth, Member Number, Access Code and Card Access PIN.

You have 3 login attempts available to enter your login details correctly. After 3 unsuccessful attempts your app will go into a deregistered state. You will need to re-register the app using your Internet Banking details. Enter your Member number and Access Code and then establish a new app login by choosing one of the login methods available (PIN, Pattern, Thumbprint or Face Recognition).
If you forget your PIN or Pattern, simply click the Forgot Login button on the Login screen. This will de-register your current login and allow you to re-register using your Internet Banking details (Member number and Access Code). Then establish a new App Login by choosing one of the Login Methods available (PIN, Pattern, Thumbprint or Face Recognition).
If the Macquarie Credit Union App notifies you that your Internet Banking password needs updating. Login to Internet Banking and reset your password. If you suspect your password has been blocked/ locked out please contact the branch for assistance.

Update to the Payee/ Biller of an existing Future Payment
Step 1) Delete the existing Future Payment in the Future Payments screen
Step 2 ) Update the payee/ biller details in Manage Payees
Step 3) Schedule a new payment to the now updated payee/ biller
Step 4) Check the Future Payment has appeared correctly in the Future Payments screen.
Please note: If you don't delete the Future Payment first it will appear twice in Future Payments screen and you will need to delete the old one in the Future Payments screen to remove it.
Changing the amount of a Future Payment
Adjustments to the Future Payment amount can be done within Future Payments screen by selecting the Future Payment, adjusting the figure and selecting the update button.
