Our CGU insurance policies give you the freedom to choose the best cover to suit your needs. You choose the type of policy and the level of cover.
CGU has developed three car insurance policies for you to choose from:
Motor Vehicle Insurance Policy
Available under all levels of cover. This policy provides cover for your car, motorcycle, trailer or horse float.
Nominated Driver Insurance Cover
This policy provides a discounted premium if the car will only be driven by up to 2 nominated drivers over 25 years of age.
Nominated Driver 'Low Kilometre' Policy
If you don't do a lot of driving, this policy is ideal for you. It features generous premium discount when the insured vehicle, driven by up to 2 nominated drivers over 25 year of age, travels less than 10,000 kms in a 12 month period. Please Note Nominated Driver 'Low KM' is not available in TAS.
