Covid-19 Update - Branch to open 10:00am - 12:00pm for critical banking

From Monday 6 September 2021, the branch will re-open Monday - Friday 10:00am - 12:00pm for critical face to face banking

This includes;

  • Card collection.
  • Cash withdrawals of $1,000 and over.

 

For all other banking needs please use our remote banking alternatives below, or contact the branch to discuss options.

Cash withdrawals (for members with a card on their account)

  • For cash withdrawals below $1,000, these will not be processed in branch. Please use your card to withdraw funds at an ATM or Bank@Post Post Office.
  • Macquarie Credit Union members have free access to ATMs Australia-wide provided by the CBA, NAB, ANZ, and Westpac (normal transaction limits apply).

 

Bank@Post

  • Bank@Post is available at participating Australia Post Offices for cheque deposits, cash deposits and/or cash withdrawals using your Visa Debit Card.

 

BPAY bill payments

  • Available on Internet banking and mobile banking app.
  • For staff assistance phone 1300 885 480.

  • Available on Internet banking and mobile banking app.
  • For staff assistance phone 1300 885 480.

 

Internet banking

  • We encourage all members to bank from the comfort of your home using internet banking and Macquarie CU mobile banking app.
  • Download the Macquarie CU App from the App Store or Google Play.

 

If you must visit the branch for critical banking please note:

  • Stay home;
  • If you are unwell.
  • If are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.
  • If you have been identified as a close contact to a confirmed case of COVID-19.
  • If you have been in contact with anyone who has been identified as a close contact to a confirmed case of COVID-19.
  • If you have been in contact with anyone who is displaying any symptoms of COVID-19.
  •  If any of the above apply to you and you haven’t already been tested and received a negative result, please go and get tested.
  • If/ when you have had a COVID-19 test you must wait until you have received a negative result and are not required to isolate, before you visit the branch.

 

Additional Safety Protocols

  • Service NSW COVID Safe Check-in is required upon entry. Please use the QR codes provided or advise staff if you need assistance to check-in.
  • Wear a mask (covering your nose and mouth) and utilise the hand sanitiser provided.
  • We will endeavour to keep all essential visitations as short as possible.
